As we’re living in constant growing world, technology and culture are becoming a big part in our every day life. The revolutionize of colours also become more and more persistent. I for one read an article about no more ‘black’ in colours. *no pun intended, what i really meant was no more #000 in design colours.

Heard some designers in my work place said ‘please no more #000 in web designs or graphic element designs’, use #111 or #181919 or #333 instead! i myself wondering why the commotion about using #000 colour? some explained its look bad and hollow in mobile or modern monitor views. I said ‘WHAT!!’, they basically look the same to me, well maybe a little bit brighter in mobile with #181919.

The arguments went on for hours and one of them said ‘you know what, I’m going to use wet asphalt instead.’, I went on Google for it because i really do not know what he meant 🙂 Finally i found a site which had the colour palette name and hex-colour code.

In this article, check out some fresh colour palette for modern designers.
